How do I set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at Costarellos without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- Track your orders and review past purchases.
- Preview our new collections through our seasonal Lookbooks.
- Be notified when new stock arrives.
- Save your preferred shipping addresses for faster checkout.
How can I make a purchase?
- Use the website navigation at the top of the page (i.e. Tops, Dresses, etc.) or use the search box at the top right of the page to locate items you are looking for.
- Once you have found an item, choose your size, color and quantity, and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button on the product page.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ icon at the top of the page. To remove any items in your bag, simply click the ‘X’ next to the product image, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item.
- When you are ready to make a purchase, click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ and follow the steps to complete your transaction.
What payment methods are accepted?
The following payment methods are accepted:
- American Express
- Bank Transfer
How do I track the status of my order?
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail update with shipping details and a DHL tracking number. You may follow the link in the e-mail to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Can I return my item(s)?
If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, Costarellos offers complimentary returns.
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
- Please contact Customer Care to receive Return Merchandise Authorization.
- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition in which it was recieved with all tags attached and in the original packagaing (including, if possible, the original delivery box.
- The original invoice must be provided with every return.
What if I can’t find an item on Costarellos.com?
Not every item from each seasonal Costarellos collection will be available to purchase online.
