Returns are free & easy with our pre-paid DHL return label! You can return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to.
- Refer to the step-by-step instructions enclosed in your package for detailed information on how to complete your exchange/return.
- Complete & sign the enclosed Exchange & Returns Form and include it with your original invoice in your return package.
- You will then receive an email confirming your return once we have received your package.
**FINAL SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To receive a refund based on the purchase price of the item(s)* and in the original form of payment:
• All returns must be booked and shipped from the country it was delivered to, within 14 days of receiving your package via DHL with the provided pre-paid label.
• Returns received via postal or other courier services will be rejected.
• The merchandise must be in original condition with original tags attached, and must not be altered.
* Full refunds denote item value only and exclude the delivery charge & customs duties and taxes.
Once your return package is received at our showroom, an email advising that your refund is in process will be sent. Please note it may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card depending on your billing cycle.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note that all sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within Greece. Outside the EU, customs duties and any other fees incurred during importation are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs office directly.
Refused Shipments / Inability to Deliver
If an order is refused at delivery or DHL is unable to deliver, the customer will be held accountable for all shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred for shipment both ways. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to placing your order.
