Ecommerce Manager
Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time
Costarellos is seeking a hands-on, digitally-savvy Ecommerce Manager to help shape the future of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) business. This is a unique opportunity to join a globally recognized fashion house at a pivotal moment of digital growth. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director, in-house teams, and external partners to elevate our online presence, grow DTC revenue, and create an ecommerce experience worthy of our heritage and design.
About Costarellos
Founded in 1998 by Christos Costarellos, the house of Costarellos blends the elegance of Greek heritage with modern romance. Known for extraordinary fabrics, whimsical details, and feminine silhouettes, the brand has earned international acclaim and is stocked by leading retailers such as Net-a-Porter, Harrods, and Mytheresa. Worn by global celebrities and royalty, Costarellos is now investing in the next phase of growth through its digital flagship.
What You’ll Do
As our Ecommerce Manager, you will take ownership of our ecommerce ecosystem — from product uploads and homepage updates to campaign execution and performance marketing. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital customer experience and will be trusted to make decisions that move the brand forward.
Responsibilities:
-
Manage day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, including product uploads, lookbooks, landing pages, promotions, and content updates.
-
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, from briefing to reporting.
-
Support and organize digital marketing campaigns, helping the team with clear briefs, copy, creatives, and assets across all channels.
-
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, collection launches, and special offers across the website and digital platforms.
-
Regularly research competitor activity — from ads to email campaigns and new collection releases — and share insights with the team.
-
Work with agencies and internal teams to support Meta Ads, Google Ads, and ongoing performance marketing.
-
Collaborate with our development team to suggest and implement ecommerce improvements and enhancements.
-
Maintain close communication with customer support to gather real-time feedback and ensure high service quality across digital touchpoints.
-
Monitor site performance and optimize UX, merchandising, and conversion points.
-
Track KPIs across all ecommerce channels (website, email, ads), analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations.
-
Stay up to date with platform updates, ecommerce trends, and best practices — and implement them when relevant.
-
Aspire to contribute to the brand’s growth by helping launch more styles and pushing towards higher revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
-
2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or similar roles (preferably in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands).
-
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
-
A creative eye and sensitivity to aesthetics, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
-
Analytical mindset — confident working with data, drawing insights, and translating them into actions.
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills — especially when working cross-functionally.
-
Based in Athens, with the possibility for a hybrid working arrangement.
-
A genuine interest in fashion, design, and the art of storytelling through digital.
Why Join Costarellos?
-
Be part of a globally respected fashion house with a rich history and exciting future.
-
Help shape the digital evolution of a brand worn by celebrities and royalty worldwide.
-
Collaborate closely with visionary leadership and a passionate, creative team.
