Shipping & Delivery

Please note that shipping outside of the EU incurs customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities. 

We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. 

Please note, if you are located within the United States and Canada, local sales tax will be added at checkout. 

The following countries are not shipped on a DDP basis and therefore require payment of duties and taxes at the checkout or upon delivery: Albania, Armenia, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Egypt, Georgia, Guam, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Morocco, Serbia, Uzbekistan and Virgin Islands (U.S). 

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of you placing your order, however, there might be slight delays during busier periods such as our seasonal sales.

All of our items come in branded packaging, wrapped luxuriously in tissue paper and sealed with a branded ribbon, unless the customer opts for our non-branded sustainable packaging at check-out.

For EU customers, please refer to the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. You can track your item directly via DHL Track & Trace by inserting your unique tracking number.

For International customers, please visit Global-E ‘Where is my order?’ page and insert your order ID alongside your email to receive the most up to date information. 

Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number. You can stay up-to-date with the delivery status of your parcel using your unique Tracking Number from your Delivery Confirmation email.

For International orders outside the European Union, you can check your order status here. 

For EU orders, if you’ve registered with us, you can view the progress of your order from the My Orders section of your account. From here you can also double-check that the details for your delivery address are correct. You can also track your item directly via DHL Track & Trace by inserting your unique tracking number, provided in the Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders placed in Greece, please track your item directly via ACS Track & Trace by inserting your tracking number.

If a delivery has been attempted but missed, please contact our delivery partner directly to reschedule a delivery.

If you still haven’t received your order, for all orders within the European Union, please contact us directly and a member of Costarellos Customer Care team will be happy to help. For international orders, please contact Global-E directly, via the contact form provided at the bottom of the ‘Where is my order?’ page.

All orders are shipped directly to you from our warehouse in Greece. Orders placed from outside the European Union are fulfilled by our partner and merchant of record, Global-e.

Additionally, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. 

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any unwanted items and request a refund. But before returning any items, please make sure they are in the same condition you received them in. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept late returns, items that have been worn or products that are not in their original condition.
