We offer free worldwide express shipping and returns and endeavour to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly via DHL Express courier. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of you placing your order, however, there might be slight delays during busier periods such as our seasonal sales. Costarellos is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Please use the below chart as a guide to estimate the delivery time of your order. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Athens, Greece and processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your unique Tracking Number as soon as your order is ready. You can track the status of your order at any time by heading to the My Orders section of your account or following the tracking instructions in the confirmation email. You can track your item directly via ACS Track & Trace by inserting your tracking number.
Please note that shipping outside of the EU incurs customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.
We ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
Please note, if you are located within the United States and Canada, local sales tax will be added at checkout.
The following countries are not shipped on a DDP basis and therefore require payment of duties and taxes at the checkout or upon delivery: Albania, Armenia, Aruba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Egypt, Georgia, Guam, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lebanon, Macau, Morocco, Serbia, Uzbekistan and Virgin Islands (U.S).

All of our items come in branded packaging, wrapped luxuriously in tissue paper and sealed with a branded ribbon, unless the customer opts for our non-branded sustainable packaging at check-out.

For International customers, please visit Global-E ‘Where is my order?’ page and insert your order ID alongside your email to receive the most up to date information.
Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you using DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Once your order has left us and is with DHL, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number. You can stay up-to-date with the delivery status of your parcel using your unique Tracking Number from your Delivery Confirmation email.

For EU orders, if you’ve registered with us, you can view the progress of your order from the My Orders section of your account. From here you can also double-check that the details for your delivery address are correct.
