Returns and Exchanges
Please note, our returns process differs for EU and International customers.

Returns from European Union
Costarellos.com will gladly accept merchandise for refund within 14 days of the date of delivery from the country the item was delivered to. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition, unaltered and accompanied by relevant return documentation.
To return unwanted items and obtain a full refund, we require the following conditions to be met:
- Please contact customercare@costarellos.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The return form included with your order must be completed with the RMA number provided.
- All products can be returned to us, but they must be in their original condition – that is, they must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged – and must satisfy our Compliance Checks (see below).
- The security seal must still be attached to returned items.
- Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product.
- Unwanted items must be shipped back to COSTARELLOS within 14 days of delivery.
For returns that meet the above requirements, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the returned items. If returned products do not meet the requirements outlined above, we will notify you that we cannot accept your unwanted items and a refund will not be issued. You may decide to have the returned items sent back to you, but this will be at your own expense. If you do not want to receive the products or pay for redelivery, we have the right to retain the items and not issue a refund.
Unwanted products must be returned to us in perfect condition – that is, in a new and unused state with all protective materials in place, and tags and seals attached.
We will not accept a returned item if:
- There are any signs of wear
- The item has been used or altered from its original condition in any way
- The item has been damaged or washed
- The tags & security seal are not attached to the product or are missing
- The item is not in its original packaging
You can return all items purchased from COSTARELLOS.COM within 14 days of receiving your order.
Here’s how:
- Before returning items, please make sure they are in the same condition you received them in, with the tag & security seal attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late returns or items that are not in their original condition and packaging. Please note that items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product.
- Please contact customercare@costarellos.com referencing your Order Number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The return form included with your order must be completed with the RMA number provided.
- Pack your items in their original packaging, include the Return Merchandise Authorization form and attach the pre-paid DHL return label included with your order to your parcel.
- Contact DHL to arrange a pick-up or take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point to return your items.
- Once your parcel has reached our warehouse, our team will check and process your return within 3-5 working days. You’ll then receive an email to confirm your refund is on its way to you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for any items purchased on COSTARELLOS.COM. If you’d like a different size or colour of an item, please place a new order for the replacement style and we’ll happily get this shipped over to you.
We are committed to processing returns as quickly as possible – usually within three business days of arriving at our warehouse. During peak times of the year, however, it may take up to seven business days, so we hope you can bear with us while we work as quickly as we can.
Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email for your refund. We will provide a full refund for the cost of the product. All refunds are issued to the payment method used to make the purchase. The time it takes to process a refund may vary according to the payment method used.
We recommend allowing seven business days to receive your refund. After this time, please contact your bank or payment provider.
Unfortunately, all orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be amended. This is inclusive of delivery address, the items within the delivery, and any other changes to the specifications of your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Please contact the customer service team via customercare@costarellos.com to cancel to your order if the order has not yet been shipped.
Please note the waybill number on the pre-paid DHL return label provided.

International Returns

- Products can be returned to us, but they must be in their original condition – that is, they must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged – and must satisfy our Compliance Checks (see below).
- The security seal must still be attached to returned items.
- Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Unwanted items must be shipped back to COSTARELLOS within 14 days of receiving your order.
