Returns and Exchanges
Costarellos will gladly accept merchandise for refund within 14-calendar days from the date of delivery. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition, unaltered and accompanied by relevant return documentation.
Please note, additional charges for duties and import taxes incurred to deliver your order are non-refundable.
For non-domestic orders, a return fee of €85 will be deducted from your refund, for processing and handling costs.
If an order is refused for delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties & taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
To return unwanted items and obtain a full refund (excluding taxes and duties), we require the following conditions to be met:
- A return form must be completed via the Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products can be returned to us, but they must be in their original condition – that is, they must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- The security seal must still be attached to returned items.
- Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Unwanted items must be shipped back to COSTARELLOS within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will receive a returns postage label after requesting your return through the Returns Portal and it has been approved.
In the event that your return is accepted, but it is not in compliance with Costarellos’ return terms outlined above, we will notify you that we cannot accept your unwanted items and a refund will not be issued.
You may decide to have the returned items sent back to you, but this will be at your own expense. If you do not want to receive the products or pay for redelivery, we have the right to retain the items and not issue a refund.
Frequent or repeated returns that breach our terms and conditions may be flagged. In such cases, we reserve the right to close your COSTARELLOS account or decline future orders at our discretion.
You can return items purchased from COSTARELLOS.COM within 14 days of receiving your order. Here’s how:
- Before returning items, please make sure they are in the same condition you received them in, with the tag attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept late returns or items that are not in their original condition and packaging.
- Select the items you want to return from your order through the Returns Portal.
- Once your return is approved, pack your items in their original packaging, print your return label and attach it to your parcel.
- Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point to return your items or schedule your home pick-up with DHL.
- Once your parcel has reached our warehouse, our team will check and process your return within 3-5 working days. You’ll then receive an email to confirm your refund is on its way to you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange for items. If you’d like a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement style.

Please contact the customer care team via customercare@costarellos.com to cancel your order if the order has not yet been shipped.
Unfortunately, all orders that have already been shipped from our warehouse cannot be amended. This is inclusive of delivery address, the items within the delivery, and any other changes to the specifications of your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Please note the waybill number on the pre-paid DHL return label provided. This is the parcel’s tracking number and can be monitored through DHL TRACK & TRACE.
It's a sale where all purchases are considered final. This means that once you buy something, you can't return or exchange it. Final sales are typically offered on clearance items or end-of-season styles, and they often have a significantly reduced price. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
